In this workshop, Jen Romano will provide real-time feedback to attendees who will share their resume with the group. Jen will share tips to make your skillset stand out and ensure the impact of your work shows through on paper.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will work on a first-come, first-serve basis. Jen will critique resumes live in front of the group and offer tips on how to tell your story on your resume. You will learn how to present your skillset and prioritize the most important parts. So be on time, and have your resume ready! Even if we do not get to your resume, you will learn TONS from hearing how others can improve theirs.

Jen Romano, Ph.D. is an award-winning UX Research Leader, with 15+ years experience: in industry, academia and government; as manager, director, and individual contributor; strategist and executor. Jen has made her way through some of the biggest and best UX orgs in the world (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bridgewater Associates, Principles by Ray Dalio, Fors Marsh Group), speaking, teaching and being a keynote speaker at top UX conferences in the world (e.g., UXPA, WUC, HCII). She founded UXR Coach to help people make their UX dreams a reality.
